Michael Butler recently joined ExecuSource’s Greenville office as the business development manager. In this first-to-market role, Butler is charged with championing new business opportunities, as well as offering mentorship and guidance to ExecuSource’s growing team of recruiters.
Butler brings more than 15 years of entrepreneurial business experience to ExecuSource, including a comprehensive background in recruiting. In this role, Butler is responsible for expanding ExecuSource’s Greenville footprint through new ventures for clients and candidates. By immersing himself in the local business community, Butler will connect ExecuSource’s team of professionals with opportunities and candidates in the region’s rapidly growing job market.
Prior to joining ExecuSource, Butler served as a business development representative for Heartland Dental, the nation’s largest dental support organization, where he was responsible for acquiring new practices and increasing revenue throughout the Carolinas and Tennessee. Between 2010 and 2018, he served as the founder and president for Mondo Recruiting, a boutique recruiting firm specializing in the placement of sales professionals in the medical and dental industries. Butler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Clemson University.
