With a stellar track record in leadership, strategic candidate management, and strategy formulation, Kyle is all set to be an integral part of our journey ahead.
A Brief Look at Kyle’s Professional Journey:
- Kyle commenced his journey in the staffing domain at The Fountain Group, located in Tampa, FL. It was here that he acquired a spectrum of experiences, transitioning from the position of Recruiting Coordinator to Recruiter and eventually ascending to the role of Corporate Recruiter/Trainer.
- His professional endeavors led him to Veredus/Hays’ Tampa office, holding the fort as an Account Manager for the Nationwide IT staffing sector. Demonstrating incredible potential and drive, Kyle was handpicked within just six months to be part of an elite group assigned the task of inaugurating Hays’ new Denver, CO branch.
- At Hays’ Denver office – their most western expansion – Kyle donned multiple hats, showcasing an unwavering commitment to the success of this new venture. From Account Management to Recruitment and Leadership, Kyle’s versatility was evident.
- His dedication and outstanding performance didn’t go unnoticed. After multiple promotions, Kyle helmed the position of Director of the West Region, overseeing IT departments in Dallas, Houston, and Denver offices. Under his leadership, the company garnered numerous accolades, including multiple nominations for “Office of the Year”. Furthermore, Kyle was entrusted as one of the three pivotal Delivery Leaders for Hays in the US, focusing on refining delivery operations across 13 establishments.
- Returning for a second stint with The Fountain Group, Kyle took on the role of Sr. Director of Delivery. Here, he engineered growth strategies, devised essential SOPs, KPIs, and established clear career paths. As a testament to his leadership, Kyle managed a robust team comprising 38 onshore and 7 offshore recruiters spread across diverse specialties.
While Kyle’s professional milestones are nothing short of remarkable, it’s his dual ability to immerse himself as a part of the team while also guiding and mentoring that resonates with our company ethos. His entrepreneurial mindset, paired with managerial acumen, perfectly complements our objectives.
